Accessibility
Updated November 1, 2026
We aim to make InstantFileConverter clear and usable across different devices and ways of interacting with the web. This is an ongoing maintenance effort, not a claim of formal accessibility certification.
How the interface is designed
- File selection has a keyboard-accessible input, with drag and drop as an additional option.
- Controls use text labels, visible focus styles and clear error messages.
- Conversion status is announced through live status text. Download links include the output filename.
- Layouts adapt to smaller screens, and the shared styles recognize reduced-motion preferences.
- Pages use headings and navigation landmarks to help people move through content.
Practical limitations
Some conversion engines require JavaScript, WebAssembly and a recent browser. Complex files may take time to process, and third-party browser components can have limitations. The accessibility of a converted document depends on its source and output format; this website does not certify that every download is an accessible document.
Report a barrier
If you cannot reach a control, understand a message or complete a task, please contact Ahmad. Include the page or tool name, what you were trying to do, your browser and any assistive technology you are comfortable identifying.
You do not need to send your private file to report an accessibility problem. A description of the barrier is a useful place to start.
Quick answers
Can I use the converters with a keyboard?
The interface provides a keyboard-accessible file input, labeled controls, visible focus styles and status messages. Browser components and complex conversion tasks can still have practical limitations.
Does this website certify that every converted document is accessible?
No. The accessibility of a converted document depends on the source and output format. Review the result and report website interaction barriers through the contact page.
